Yo-Yo Club

DMV Throwers is the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia region's yo-yo and skill toy community. We gather every 3rd Sunday of the month at Arlington Central Library — beginners, families, and competitors all welcome.

Whether you've never touched a yo-yo or you're grinding competition routines, this is your crew. We have loaner yo-yos, experienced players to learn from, and a genuinely welcoming community.

Do I need to bring a yo-yo?+

Nope! We have loaner yo-yos available at every meetup. Just show up and we'll get you throwing.

Is this for kids or adults?+

Both! DMV Throwers is all ages and all skill levels — from absolute beginners to competitive players. Families are always welcome.

How much does it cost?+

Every meetup is 100% free to attend. No registration, no fees.

What skill toys are welcome?+

Yo-yos are our main focus, but we welcome kendama, diabolo, juggling, and other skill toys too.
